The Portal Loader automatically handles the loading of sheet metal, as well as the unloading and reliable sorting of finished parts and skeletons. Both the skeleton handling unit and the stacking unit can travel up to 1,800 mm, providing unobstructed access to the respective working areas and ensuring a smooth production process.

The Boschert Portal Loader can be adapted to a wide variety of machine configurations. Installation is possible on either the right-hand or left-hand side of the machine. For laser cutting systems, the Portal Loader is installed on the right-hand side as standard.
