Boschert Tower Loader – Automation for Boschert Punching Machines and Combination Machines

The Boschert Tower Loader is the ideal automation solution for Boschert punching machines and punch-laser combination machines. This high-performance loading system automates material flow, reduces manual intervention, and increases productivity in sheet metal processing.

Thanks to an intelligent suction frame with individually controllable vacuum cups, almost all sheet metal formats can be reliably picked up and precisely positioned. A loading unit equipped with a 180° swivel arm automatically transports the sheet from the pickup station to the clamping system on the machine table. This reduces setup times and ensures a smooth, repeatable material handling process.

Finished parts can be discharged either via the good parts chute or the optional Boschert unloading system. This improves overall efficiency and enables continuous production operation.

For an even higher level of automation, the Boschert Tower Loader can be combined with the automatic sheet storage systems KASTOecostore 3.0 or KASTO UNITOWER. The combination of storage technology and machine automation forms the basis for economical, nearly unmanned production.

Boschert Tower Loader – Loading System

The Tower Loader can be installed on either the right or left side of the machine depending on the configuration.

The loading system consists of:

Loading unit with 180° swivel arm
Intelligent suction frame with high-performance vacuum system
Automatic sheet separation unit
Automatic sheet thickness measurement for improved process reliability

Option: Boschert Unloading System

The optional unloading system is installed on the left side of the punching machine. It replaces the front table and, together with the add-on tables, forms a compact and efficient unloading unit.
